If our cleaners are unable to gain access to the property at the agreed appointment time, the booking may still be chargeable.

RESCHEDULING
We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
However, alternative dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
EMERGENCIES
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at management discretion.
RECURRING CLIENTS
Regular weekly or fortnightly clients who repeatedly cancel appointments at short notice may risk losing their regular cleaning slot.
COMPANY CANCELLATIONS
In rare circumstances, we may need to rearrange appointments due to:
Staff sickness
Emergencies
Severe weather
Transport issues
Operational requirements
We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.
